Using this product for B.Sugar control naturally & my sugar level improved ( PP from 258 to 179) in one month, without medicine.
It would have been better if the Lead or Label colours were different, to identify (distinguish)

The products are unpolished and came in sealed containers. I have not tasted millets other than little millet so I cannot comment on the flavors and texture.
